The Montclair State University Provost oversees academic programs, schools, colleges, and the University library. In addition, the Office of the Provost promotes and supports faculty excellence by devising effective academic policies, developing a meaningful curriculum, and adopting high standards for faculty hiring, reappointment, tenure, and professional development.
