Summary
Acclaimed composer, vocalist, playwright and actress Kamala Sankaram will work with Cali students on a variety of creative events, including both her compositions and student compositions, culminating in a performance at Merkin Hall. Students and faculty alike are excited to learn about Kamala's own background, influences and creative processes in addition to handling notation in an open and improvisatory way.
