Submission Guidelines for Center for the Digital Humanities Summer Grants

APPLICATION and SUBMISSION Please submit your application using the online form. You will be asked to fill in the following: Primary Contact Name, email address, phone, department List of Collaborators Names, contact information, affiliations, roles and what they bring to the collaboration Narrative Describe the planned topic area and scope of work, how the results advance the field of Digital Humanities, what value the project will add to the field, and address the specifics indicated in each grant. The narrative should be of sufficient length to detail the specifics of your application. Budget and Justification Current CV Additional details such as name of agency and URL for external grants or intended journal for publications, technology needed or being requested, and what the CDH can do to support the grant proposal, research, and/or project. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Projects that are awarded Summer Grants agree to include language in presentations, projects, or publications acknowledging the Center for the Digital Humanities involvement. A mission of the Center for the Digital Humanities is to support and provide digital artifacts representing the work the center is doing. Awardees agree to have their Executive Summary, appropriate portions of the Activity Report, and/or other collateral material posted to the CDH web site. In addition, presentations, including those at the Digital Humanities Days, will be photographed, recorded, and streamed live to the Center’s YouTube Channel, and the resulting digital media will be made available through the Center’s website and social media channels, unless doing so would violate an ethical or IRB restriction, as determined by the Principal Investigator.
