The Department of Educational Leadership includes Master of Arts (M.A.) and certification programs for aspiring leaders and administrators in both PK-12 and Higher Education settings. The M.A. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership provides graduate students with the knowledge and skills needed to take on leadership positions with higher education organizations, such as student affairs, academic affairs, and college and university administration.
