Abstract
This guide introduces students and early-career workers to essential workplace rights related to wages, overtime, internships, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace safety. It also explains expectations for on-campus and off-campus employment, identifies common warning signs, and offers questions and resources to help workers evaluate employment opportunities and seek assistance.
