Abstract

This guide explains the primary sections of a pay stub and helps employees understand how their earnings and take-home pay are calculated. Using a sample format, it reviews employee and pay-period information, regular and overtime earnings, deductions, year-to-date totals, and net pay while encouraging workers to check their records for accuracy.
