Abstract
This roadmap provides a five-step process for addressing workplace concerns, including harassment, discrimination, unsafe conditions, unpaid wages, and unfair treatment. It guides workers through identifying the issue, understanding their rights, documenting relevant information, reporting through internal or external channels, and participating in the investigation and follow-up process.
