Research highlights the advancement of Black men is hindered because their color is often perceived as a badge of inferiority and a justification for the denial of opportunity and equal treatment in higher education. This presentation will demonstrate how higher education leaders and institutions can improve the success of Black men by being committed to supporting their pursuit for degree attainment.
