The session includes three stories of triumph over adversity and two simple analogies allowing a boy from Newark, NJ, who was in the 8th grade on a 3rd-grade reading level, to become a Professional Educator. Participants will be encouraged to use their phones to participate anonymously without fear of retribution. Participants will leave the session inspired, motivated, and ready to manifest their destiny.
