Description

The presentation is essential in addressing the problematic experiences of Black males at Predominantly White Institutions in developing educational resilience utilizing the resources offered by their respective institutions of higher learning. The context of this problem for African Americans attending PWIs suggests this population of students face racial microaggression in and out of the classroom from professors and collegiate administration on a daily basis. Ways to develop educational resilience against microaggressions while attending Predominantly White Institution will be explored.
