Description
Research on organizational bonds has been conducted for decades (including organizational commitment, organizational identity, job embeddedness, and perceived organizational support). While researchers have conceptually distinguished the constructs, we explore whether and how the constructs overlap. We will provide comparative meta-analytic evidence to determine whether there is a similar pattern of outcomes from these four constructs. Preliminary evidence between Organizational Identity and Job Embeddedness suggest that there is little difference in outcomes.
