Biography
Ms. Taylor is at the Feliciano Business School as a Clinical Professor teaching Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Marketing. She received her BA from Stanford University and MBA from the Wharton Business School. She is co-developing the University’s Resiliency Institute. She was at Wyndham Worldwide for 15 years. As the prior Senior Vice President of CSR, she led their program policies, reporting and strategies which included sustainability, philanthropy, wellness, diversity, human rights, and responsible sourcing. The program was implemented across 3 hospitality divisions, 40 brands, 39,000 employees and 120,000 hotels, timeshare and rentals in 100 countries. She was President of Wyndham’s Charitable Foundation and in partnership with the global CSR Council in 2014 through 2018, Wyndham was recognized by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index as a leader in the hospitality sector for its environmental, social and governance programs. In 2017, Wyndham Worldwide met its goal to reduce its carbon emissions by 43%, 8 years ahead of schedule and water was reduced 21% globally. The program saved over $91 million dollars in energy and water expenses and 27% of its $2.5 billion supply chain met their sustainability criteria.
