Abstract
Gaya will talk to us about her research on the Limits to Growth, based on the first system dynamics model of the world. Gaya will discuss what her research, covered extensively last year in the media, means for how we view economics, society, and ourselves.
Biography
Gaya Herrington is Vice-President of ESG Research at Schneider Electric, which was voted the most sustainable company in the world last year. She is also Advisor to the Club of Rome. Previously she worked as a Director at KPMG, and Economic Policy Advisor and international Financial Regulator at the Dutch Central Bank. Gaya holds a Master’s in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's in Sustainability from Harvard University.
