Abstract
In this seminar presented at the Inaugural Conference on Philosophy in Schools in Singapore in April 2006, Splitter enumerates considerations for models of teacher education in philosophy for children, as well as general features of teacher education that have stood the test of, time, the first and most general of which is that good training programs operate on a model of reflective practice.
